Hello there.  Are you having a good day?   My name is Maki.  I’m a mother of two beautiful girls.  I paint and create cute things for my small business “Barefoot Chic Design”.

I love beach (thanks to growing up in Hawaii & living in FL at this moment), I love fashion.  I love films and photography.  I love music.  I love Hollywood.  But most of all, I love my family.

I still remember when I was a small girl, my daddy and mommy took me and my little sister to a  fair (it is called “Matsuri” in Japanese) every summer.  And my daddy used to get us  Cotton Candy, and we scooped Goldfish to take home as pet.
